It has a 90 degree five (5) pin quick plug that usually plugs directly into a cord off the motor. Technical Tip: There are a few of these controls (mainly used by La Z Boy) with this number out in the world that have a straight three (3) pin plug that plugs into an extension cable, then the extension cable goes on down to the motor.
